CANCELLATION POLICY

The client will be charged the full amount (100%) of the service they have scheduled in the event that the client cancels or no call no shows for their appointment with-in the Cancellation window of 12HRS prior to their appointment. If the client cancels their service with-in 24HRS of their scheduled time the client will be charged half (50%) of their total service charged. Here at Balanced Body Massage LLC, we understand that things happen and emergencies come up. Please let us know as soon as possible of any circumstances that come up in order to get your appointment changed and to keep you from incurring any charges from the appointment that you would have missed.
